The City of DDO is undertaking a City-wide survey to all residents.
The purpose of the survey is to find out what people think about the City of DDO seeking corporate sponsorship of DDO facilities as a way to raise more revenues to fund sports, leisure and culture facilities and programs.
They are aiming for 1,000 completed surveys. To assist the City in its drive for residents’ input, please take time to fill out the survey by RIGHT clicking on the link below to access the survey and follow the steps. We request you may pass this on to your neighbors who may not hear about this project as they would need to visit the website of the City. Corporate Sponsorship: tell us what you think!
Would you be happy to see a corporate name or logo on the Civic Centre, Sports Club or a DDO Park?
Corporate sponsorship of DDO buildings could lead to new revenues that would be used to improve your sports, leisure and cultural facilities and programs.
Give us 5 minutes and let us know what you think. Complete the survey:

Important Message
Christmas Party
Dear Member,
We the committee, wish to inform you, that we have collectively decided
to cancel the Christmas party this year. It was a very hard decision to make
and we had no other alternative.
Your present and past committees have worked very hard for the membership and
had all kinds of events etc. However, a lot of our present committee members
have been sick since the past few years and we now cannot commit ourselves
in organizing a big function.
We thought of having the Christmas party in a restaurant. The quotes we received
were very high. In spite of the Association subsidizing part of the expense, the
price of the ticket would still be high for the members,
Therefore we are now planning a members' event in a restaurant sometime in
Feb/Mar of the new year.
Thank you for your understanding.
President,
Donny Coelho
